Missouri leaves owners off the filing. Then it asks who signed it. The articles never request member or manager names, only whether managers or members run the company. Item 6 of Form LLC-1 asks for the name and street address of each organizer. Founders who file alone put their own home address on a public record while believing they did the opposite.

There is no LLC annual report to miss. The state fee schedule prices annual and biennial reports under Chapter 351, which covers corporations. Chapter 347 covers LLCs and carries no such line. So your agent's real job here is receiving lawsuits and state mail. Chasing a yearly deadline is not part of it.

6. Register with the Department of Revenue if you will collect sales tax or withhold employee income tax.
7. Turn on your agent's alerts. Missouri has no annual report to remind you about. The only mail that matters is the mail that arrives unannounced.
