True First-Year Cost
Year one is $209 on Starter. That is $0 for the package, $110 for the Delaware filing fee we use as our state proxy, and $99 for the agent. Year two is $199. The agent renews at full price. The package does not renew at all.

The 2026 Data Breach and What Was Exposed
ZenBusiness appears in Have I Been Pwned with a breach dated 27 March 2026 covering 5,118,184 accounts. The exposed fields were email addresses, names and phone numbers. Have I Been Pwned records the data as verified and not fabricated, and lists no passwords, Social Security numbers or payment card details among the affected fields. The extortion group ShinyHunters claimed the data and published it the following month. You can check your own address against the Have I Been Pwned record.
